The new 5G smartphone taps into T-Mobile’s 600 MHz 5G and 2.5 GHz 5G spectrum on America’s first and largest 5G network — and is the first 5G smartphone with standalone 5G capabilities right out of the box. And all that 5G goodness is on top of T-Mobile’s advanced LTE network which covers 99% of Americans. Plus, both new and existing T-Mobile customers get it for half off with 24 monthly bill credits when adding a new line.
Mike Sievert, CEO of T-Mobile. “T-Mobile has more low and mid band spectrum than any other U.S. wireless provider and this new smartphone taps into all that goodness with clear, dedicated spectrum on America’s largest 5G network.”
Paul Fisher: "Marian and I both had sprint and now have tmobile. We liked them both. In Prescott, Verizon has the best coverage but is expensive compared to tmobile. We're going to stay with T- mobile because the service ok for half the price. Also, if you ever go out of the country, your phones will probably still work without adding stuff to your plan."
Seth Barker: "Please, for the love of god, swing some deals at us CURRENT customers. I don’t understand why you always have to “add a line”, I don’t want to pay for another line of service I won’t use, just to get a discount that SHOULD already be applicable to the people like myself, who give y’all money on a monthly basis."
Cole Mia: "T mobile is bs.. i am with them for 7 years. They give me free line and half pay phone. I got it then i moved one of people that was under my name. They made him as canceled and start to charge me for evething. Also ok. Next even if I add all my bills including tax and fee there still extra $7 charge. I don't get where and what for. Also they always let people from another world to talk to us and thire seam done know nothing. I don't recommend t-mobile to anyone. Also t mobile connection is terrible….. actually i am afraid it never even was free because it didn't seam like this. People be wise check your bills.."
Paul James May Johnson: "Your customer service is terribleYour customer service is terrible. I've spent over two months now trying to get my data to work in the city I just moved to. They have not called me back ONCE when they said they would, and I was advised to let them work out the issue before I paid my bill. Well, they shut off my service and charged me 20 dollars per line to reinstate it, and still did not come up with a solution that worked. They also never explained why I couldn't get a call back.
I will be leaving T-Mobile as soon as I can. This level of disservice is unreasonable, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. After my last call, I was asked THREE TIMES if I would still be recommending T-Mobile to friends and family. The man refused to take no for an answer.
Is this what you do at T-Mobile? "Pass the buck" at the expense of the customer?"
Megan Smeby: "I came to leave a bad review of T-Mobile but wasn't surprised to see SO MANY BAD REVIEWS !! T-Mobile debited money out of my account when they weren't supposed to which I'd have to now wait for my own money to clear . Last week they WERE authorized to take 1 payment they took it twice which I hade to WAIT AGAIN for my own money..if and when I pay late they charge a $20 late fee on top of the rest of "One Time Charges" i pay EVERY MONTH !! PAY CLOSE ATTENTION IF YOUR A T-MOBILE CUSTOMER.. Inconvenience fees are REVERSED SOMETIMES . T-Mobile use to be a great service provider but full of excuses now..I dont mind paying alil more for better service that I dont have to watch and worry about all the time so after many years I will be leaving T-Mobile for another service provider that can handle the work load WITHOUT a bunch of excuses and fees."
