Stephen Price - Don’t buy a MacBook Pro unless you want to be conned out of your money. I bought an i9 last year and it depletes the battery even when on charge whilst doing intensive tasks. Apple say it’s not a hardware fault, but software. It does it even with only OSX installed but they refuse to resolve the issue. Thanks for ripping me off €5000 for a computer that’s not fit for purpose and has an inherent design flaw.

Suzanne O'Reilly Conboy - I bought a pair of beats less than 2 years ago and the arm brokeI bought a pair of beats less than 2 years ago and the arm broke on them and I can see from google reviews going back to 2014 that this is a common occurrence also the earmuff is disintegrating on them. I have been told I need to pay 295 to get a replacement as there is no consumer law to back me up. This is simply not acceptable. I paid over 450 dollars. And to top it off I had the rudest person called Hannah who basically told me to take it up with singapore ombudsman. When you pay 450 dollars for something it should last at least 2 years!! To make things worse I cannot find an email or get through to anyone remotely helpful.

They will misdiagnose your issue during your warranty period and then tell you that your computer that still works perfectly aside from the misdiagnosed issue is vintage and to screw off because they don't have to right their wrong. Please consider buying other brands besides apple. They don't care about their customers.

Andrew Bartram - The airbud/pod design was very uncomfortable in my ears. I use to use the Apple in ear headphones way back and I’m hoping these fit just as well as the old ones!

Udo Jahn - I ordered mine 2 weeks ago with a promise of fast shipping. Apple uses UPS and they are taking forever. A fews days is acceptable but this is ridiculous. UPS has tarnished Apples brand. I am very unhappy with Apple and will probably never order online again.
