Apple Airpods 3 Reviews

Hina Trikha – Hi. Why would my airpod first generation disconnects on the phone calls but works completely fine while listening to music and watching youtube. Does anyone know. neither service center guys are able to help nor apple support Apple

Alicia Anderson – During this shelter in place order, my AirPod is having challenges charging in the case without it being plugged in. I contacted someone via the message feature and they are sending me a replacement piece allowing me to send mine back. I appreciate how efficient you are with everything being closed. I feel very taken care of by your company. Thank you!

Stephen Price – Don’t buy a MacBook Pro unless you want to be conned out of your money. I bought an i9 last year and it depletes the battery even when on charge whilst doing intensive tasks. Apple say it’s not a hardware fault, but software. It does it even with only OSX installed but they refuse to resolve the issue. Thanks for ripping me off €5000 for a computer that’s not fit for purpose and has an inherent design flaw.

Suzanne O’Reilly Conboy – I bought a pair of beats less than 2 years ago and the arm brokeI bought a pair of beats less than 2 years ago and the arm broke on them and I can see from google reviews going back to 2014 that this is a common occurrence also the earmuff is disintegrating on them. I have been told I need to pay 295 to get a replacement as there is no consumer law to back me up. This is simply not acceptable. I paid over 450 dollars. And to top it off I had the rudest person called Hannah who basically told me to take it up with singapore ombudsman. When you pay 450 dollars for something it should last at least 2 years!! To make things worse I cannot find an email or get through to anyone remotely helpful.

Shelley Sides – My Reminders App on my iPhone SE is NOT FUNCTIONAL after the last update, and I depend on this app. I will NOT buy an new iPhone to fix this problem you have created. I am buying an Android. I have an SE and my husband was given a Samsung Galaxy S4 which is still running 6 years later without a glitch and my Podcast App hasn’t been working correctly for YEARS. Why can’t you keep your phones running like new, for the price we pay? I honestly wish I’d never bought an iPhone. The first one I bought, the 4S, you slowed down so I could only type in one letter every 5 seconds while I was texting. Really?!!?!!! Shame on you for crippling your own over-priced products. Make it right!

Chris Milyo – Apple customer service is terribleApple customer service is terrible. They will misdiagnose your issue during your warranty period and then tell you that your computer that still works perfectly aside from the misdiagnosed issue is vintage and to screw off because they don’t have to right their wrong. Please consider buying other brands besides apple. They don’t care about their customers.

Debs Zilianaire – PEOPLE CAN’T HEAR ME ON MY AIRPODS!!! Contacted Apple Support and they wanna charge me 189$ to fix it!!!!!?????? They are over the warranty by a few days… terriblePEOPLE CAN’T HEAR ME ON MY AIRPODS!!! Contacted Apple Support and they wanna charge me 189$ to fix it!!!!!?????? They are over the warranty by a few days… terrible service! It’s clearly a faulty product since a lot of people seem to have the same issue

Andrew Bartram – The airbud/pod design was very uncomfortable in my ears. I use to use the Apple in ear headphones way back and I’m hoping these fit just as well as the old ones!

Mike Haase – I have the original AirPods and they are still great. I will definitely update to the new AirPod Pro when something happens to my AirPods.

Nikki MacNeil-Borland – Yay! I was waiting for apple to come out with a design that has the squishy part that goes in your ear. The current design does not fit in my ear.

Travis A Hoyt – I loved the AirPods that I had, and love the sound of my new AirPods Pro’s WHEN they stay in my ears. What a horribleI loved the AirPods that I had, and love the sound of my new AirPods Pro’s WHEN they stay in my ears. What a horrible design where they constantly fall out of your ears. I have tried all ear piece sizes. Bought some more form fitting foam ones off of Amazon to try and have them stay in better and still they fall out all the time. How do you use the Apple Care to replace they whole ear piece as it is so scratched and dinged up from falling on the ground so many times? So disappointing.

Udo Jahn – I ordered mine 2 weeks ago with a promise of fast shipping. Apple uses UPS and they are taking forever. A fews days is acceptable but this is ridiculous. UPS has tarnished Apples brand. I am very unhappy with Apple and will probably never order online again.
