Ipads or ideas to set up in their rooms to face time with their families would an awesome way to help out! Twenty ipads would cost? But the ability to allow a comforting face, a way to communicate and alleviate fear, or a way to say a last I love you. My current facility would be so humbled as it is becoming more and more difficult to hold a hand or give a hug.

Chris Itani - I USED to like Apple. But then my Phone X stopped working due to a known defect. It was not responding to touch. Their answer? Mail it in and wait 5 weeks to get it back. Do they send you a loaner phone? No. Any local stores opened? Of course not. There's a worldwide health problem. I've been an iPhone user since 2007. I think it may be time to switch. I've gotten no help. I've been told that if I had AppleCare+, I would get a loaner. But this is an APPLE DEFECT! I didn't break my phone. It's defected. Apple, stand by your product. I shouldn't need Applecare+ to solve an issue caused by a defect. I should receive a loaner phone or replacement. This is beyond disappointing.

It’s so fast most PC laptops can’t catch up.It has pro cameras that can transform reality.And you can use it with touch, pencil, keyboard and now trackpad. Scott Kempi - It would absolutely be fantastic if you decided to work on auto correct, spellcheck, and especially dictation. That’s a be the first thing you guys work on in the next update. Joe Dembinski - Ok, Apple I love my new Iphone 11ProMax. EXCEPT for the power connection. Why did you take away the USB from the adapter? You can't plug it into anything unless you buy another cord. Unless that was you plan. Please change this design back to the way it was when the next model comes out.

Maidie Ciminel Baker - I would like to give a huge shoutI would like to give a huge shout out to Apple Support and Repair Service. My daughter’s MacBook Air stopped working the Sunday evening before her eLearning school began on Monday. I called Apple Support and the issue could not be resolved over the phone. A box was FedEx shipped to me overnight. We packed up the laptop and shipped it out the same day. It arrived at Apple’s repair facility the next day, was repaired and shipped back within a day. The support specialist had indicated that the current situation and closure of Apple stores could cause this repair to take up to 4 weeks. I was prepared for that. However, Apple’s customer service was simply outstanding and we got the laptop back, fully repaired, in 3 days-at no cost as I paid for Apple Care. This is why I have been a loyal Apple customer for 20 years.

Marc Johnson - Tried to the military discount in store. I was told we can't do it in store anymore and you need to order online. Ok fine. I order online and pick a time for it to be ready. I get there and it's not ready and was told maybe later today or tomorrow. Try calling corporate and got hung up on. Called back and voicemail. Two hours AFTER my appointment I get an email saying my iPad will be ready in my appointment time. What happened Apple, you used to have great customer service.

Lara Sportelli - So I have a perfect, well looked after iPad mini, but it won't do a software update. I can't download apps. It says it's not compatible with loads, like Amazon prime or even a simple calculator. This makes what I bought and paid for null and void and in my opinion a waste of money. Very clever, forcing me into buying a new one. The only thing is, I'm not, because I won't buy into these tricks. So I'm replacing my iPad with a very nice chrome book, which are brilliant and when my perfectly good, but obviously old, according to Apple, iPhone I will not be buying another, I will be buying something completely different. It maybe fine by you, brainwashing most of the population and creating a throw away society, but it's not fine by me. Beth McGirt Adams - Very disappointed in this iPad! Sending mine back since the battery drains in less than 12 hours, performance is super slow and apps freeze up. My 5 year old iPad Air was a better machine!
